All of it is shared with the other units in this three-storey balconied block rather than fenced off for this one, so expect company at the water on a hot afternoon. The braai facilities are a few steps from the door, which is the main thing.

Both bedrooms and the bathroom are compact and tiled, which is the right surface for a holiday flat where sand comes in on everyone's feet.
