These terms govern your use of goosevalleyaccommodation.co.za. We have tried to keep them readable. The single most important point: booking accommodation creates a contract between you, Booking.com and the property owner — never with us.
Goose Valley Accommodation (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website at goosevalleyaccommodation.co.za (the “Website”). We are an independent online directory of holiday and self-catering accommodation in Plettenberg Bay, South Africa, including Goose Valley Golf Estate, Central Plettenberg Bay, Keurboomstrand and Robberg Beach.
We are not an estate agency, a letting agent, a tour operator or an accommodation provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for Goose Valley Golf Estate, its homeowners' association or its golf club. We do not own, manage, let or hold keys to any property listed on the Website.
By accessing or using the Website you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the Website.
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when it is posted here, and the “last updated” date above will change. Continuing to use the Website after a change means you accept the revised terms.
The Website displays accommodation listings and links through to those listings on Booking.com. We do not process reservations, we do not accept payment, and we do not act as an agent for any property owner.
When you make a booking, the contract is between you and Booking.com and/or the property owner. Their booking terms, house rules, deposit requirements, cancellation policy and refund policy apply — not ours. Any dispute about a booking, a stay, a refund or a property's condition must be raised with Booking.com or the property owner directly.
Prices, availability, photographs, amenity lists, ratings and review scores shown on the Website originate from Booking.com and the property owners. They can change at any time without notice, and a rate you see here may no longer be available by the time you click through.
We take reasonable care to keep listings current, but we do not warrant that any information on the Website is accurate, complete or up to date. Always confirm the details that matter to you — rate, dates, occupancy, pet policy, cancellation terms — on Booking.com before you commit.
Distances, drive times and descriptions of areas are our own estimates offered as guidance, not measurements.
We participate in the Booking.com affiliate programme through Commission Junction (CJ Affiliate). If you click a link on the Website and go on to book, Booking.com may pay us a commission. You pay no more than you would booking directly, and the commission does not influence which properties we list or how they are ordered.

The layout, design, written content, area guides and editorial material on the Website belong to us and are protected by South African copyright law. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute or create derivative works from them without our written permission. Quoting a short extract with a clear credit and a link back is fine.
Property photographs, property descriptions, guest review scores and related material remain the property of Booking.com, the property owners or their licensors, and are shown here under the terms of the affiliate programme. Trade marks and logos of third parties are used for identification only and remain the property of their owners.
The Website links to Booking.com and to other third-party websites. We have no control over those sites, we are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices or terms, and a link does not imply endorsement. Once you leave the Website, the destination site's own terms govern.
We provide the Website on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses, and we may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it without notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts in respect of any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of the Website.
