Stone and glass over two storeys, with a small paved terrace and a stacked-stone retaining wall above a strip of lawn. The interiors are dated but comfortable, with teal soft furnishings repeating between the living room and one of the bedrooms. Rooms have private bathrooms with both a bath and a shower.
A two-plate stove, not an oven
The kitchen is compact and fitted with a two-plate stove rather than a full-size oven, which is worth knowing if you had a roast in mind. Each room has a kettle, a tea and coffee maker, a refrigerator, kitchenware and a wardrobe. No pool and no sea view appear in any of the photographs.
