The deck has a plunge pool
A private wooden deck is the whole argument for this one: a plunge pool at one end, dining and lounging space at the other, and the sea with the Robberg headland visible past the neighbouring rooftops. It is an adults-only unit of one bedroom and one bathroom, so the deck stays quiet. Sea views from your own boards, not a shared terrace.
