A pool above the lagoon
The swimming pool sits high on the hillside and looks out over a lagoon towards distant hills and a harbour beyond. The house itself is a characterful gabled design with two timber decks that come into their own at dusk, lit warmly against the dark.
A sliver of sea
The main bedroom opens through sliding doors onto lawn, with a sliver of sea visible past the garden wall — less than the beachfront billing implies, but genuinely there. A covered patio den at the back looks inland at the hills instead. Air-conditioning, a kitchen and a washing machine come with the unit.
Tennis courts and a play area
