It is a studio and makes no pretence otherwise, which suits people who plan to be out most of the day. A portable Weber kettle braai lives on the balcony, so the braai facilities are the small and manageable kind.
Green, not blue, from the balcony
That balcony looks into dense garden greenery rather than out to sea. Pleasant, shaded and private, but not the ocean panorama the listing title implies. The rooftop swimming pool the owners describe does not appear in this photograph set either. What is documented is a quiet leafy outlook and a comfortable place to sit in it.
