Two bedrooms, a balcony and a patio, with a lift and full-day security downstairs. Wheelchair access is listed, which is worth noting if it matters to you.
A courtyard, not a coastline
The listing says sea view; the photographs say otherwise. Both the living room window and the courtyard look toward the neighbouring hillside and rooftops, with no ocean in any of the six supplied images. What you do get is the courtyard swimming pool and lawn directly below, which for most people is the more used view anyway.
