Three minutes from Poortjies Beach
Poortjies Beach is a three-minute walk, close enough that the swimming costumes never quite dry out. Goose Valley Golf Club is 3.2 km away and Robberg Nature Reserve 9 km. Fishing, canoeing, hiking, cycling and snorkelling are all listed among the things to do from here, and central Plett is an easy walk into town.
The patio counts as a room
The ground-floor lounge opens straight onto a paved patio and lawned garden through sliding glass doors, which in Plett means the patio gets more use than the sofa. Inside is simply furnished, with a dark leather sofa, a wall-mounted TV and beach prints. The twin bedroom has a wall-mounted air conditioner.
Compact kitchen, proper oven
The kitchenette is small, with a two-seat dining table, but it runs to a fridge, microwave, oven, stovetop and toaster, so self-catering is genuinely possible rather than nominal.
