The rooftop terrace is fitted out properly — a hanging egg chair, kettle braai and outdoor dining set — but the outlook is green hillside suburbs rather than the sea, worth knowing going in. It's still a good spot for a sundowner, just not a beach-facing one.

Inside there are two separate sitting areas — one nautical-themed around a wall-mounted TV, the other beside the dining table — with tiled floors running through both, easier to keep sand-free than carpet.
