A headland, not a beach
The hotel occupies a rocky point above bush-covered coastline, so the water below is for looking at rather than swimming in. Two infinity pools face open sea and the terrace restaurant serves breakfast to the same view. Dolphins and whales pass close enough to watch from the table, and the mountains close the picture behind.
Blue and white, thoroughly Cape
All 37 rooms are individually decorated in a traditional Cape colonial manner, mostly blue-and-white or neutral, each with a spacious en suite bathroom, a smart TV, a refrigerator, a hairdryer and a telephone.
