Above the beach, facing out
The house stands directly above the beach, and the sea views run uninterrupted — through the living room, across the terrace, along the pool deck. A separate sunset terrace looks down the coastline toward the headland. Very little here is angled away from the water, which is rather the point of building on this road.

Spanish-style arched walkways connect the courtyard swimming pool to a covered outdoor dining area, so the outdoor space works in wind or in full sun. Braai facilities sit under the same cover. Parking is on site, and the terrace tends to collect everyone by late afternoon.
