The house sits high on the coast and turns almost everything towards the water: the pool deck, the living room, the main bedroom, the kitchen and, yes, the bathroom all look out over the Indian Ocean through floor-to-ceiling glazing. Sea views is not a figure of speech at this address, and the outlook wraps around rather than pointing one way.

A long tiled swimming pool runs the full length of the timber deck and is open year-round. Beyond it lies a private beach area with direct beachfront access. Inside, the mood is firmly contemporary: dark timber floors, black leather furniture and very little clutter competing with the glass.
